The service fee starts at $25.00, contingent upon the intricacy of the chain and the specific requirements involved. An appointment fee of $20.00 is required as a base deposit. Should the jewelry prove irreparable, you may direct this deposit toward either a new permanent jewelry piece or another purchase from our store. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We request that you adhere to all recommendations prior to scheduling your appointment, as we regard our professional time as equivalent to the deposit value.
